Self Love

Valentine’s Day seems like a good day to offer yourself some self love.  After all, the more we love ourselves the more we can offer to others in the way of love.

What do you love about yourself?   Are you generous?  Kind?  Thoughtful?

Do you have great toes?  Pinkie fingers?  Are your eyes expressive?

Do you give as much of yourself as you can?  Do you keep trying?

We all have lovable parts of ourselves.  To think otherwise is to shirk responsibility for those things that aren’t so lovable.    It also doesn’t give ourselves credit that we need to take credit for!
