Recently I found a website titled Redefining Diet. What I find interesting about it is that the authors are not suggesting there is “one” diet. Rather we have a relationship with food. Their focus is on helping people redefine what their relationship to food is. Why do we eat what we eat? Considering and perhaps changing a relationship to food then allows the process of eating “healthier” (however we define that) to follow. Check them out.
