I was finishing a meditation the other day and it occurred to me how much more I like the out breath. There is something so releasing about letting the breath out and letting go. It’s so much more work to take in. It occurs to me that we tend to forget this in our daily life. It is so much easier to let go. It is so much harder to hold in and take even more in.
