It’s always a learning process.  I spent a great deal more time this afternoon in a learning process I didn’t want to have.  However, isn’t that like most learning processes?  The more we mess up, the more we learn about things!

I’ve gotten lost in areas and found myself more comfortable because of connections I was able to make only by getting a little bit lost.   It’s easy to loose site of that when we feel lost or when we feel lost in life.    Maybe it’s like that too–we make more connections and learn about something that we never even knew we wanted to know.   Getting lost in on new (to me) city streets enabled me to find a short cut I never would have found otherwise.  What a gift in later days.

Sometimes what looks like a mess now is actually an important part of learning.   We might be frustrated with our efforts to untangle the mess or even figure out why it is happening but that doesn’t mean it isn’t teaching us something.
