Asking For Help

It’s hard for everyone to ask for help.  We seem to think that we can do it all.  We don’t need extra help.  I finally got out and started asking people if they could help me promote my shop.   I donated a couple of things to get the word out there and to let people see what I can do.

The best part about doing this wasn’t that they were that helpful (yet–I only asked a week ago!) but that they were so excited about what I was doing.  They really liked it.   Now I can believe in what I’m doing but it’s nice to have someone else out there who really likes what I’m doing and wants me to continue.

Sometimes the best help are the people who can make you see how important your contribution is–no matter how small your contribution seems.
